Junk Drawer Botanicals: Lets Make it PERSONAL
This is the 4th and last installment this floral collage tutorial. Make it YOURS and run with it.
Hey Paint Splatters,
Have you had a chance to play around with the tutorials? Don’t you think they are fun?
I find when I start a project, it sparks all sorts of ideas and tangents.
I also find myself looking at floral designs and wondering if I can recreate them using paper and paint.

Wouldn’t a bunch of vases and single stems be a fun recreation?

Ohhhhh, a monochromatic theme would be fun. Here you would really have to depend on color variations, shapes and texture so it doesn’t come across as a giant blob.

I find this one really exciting- the vase shape for starters and then the heavy row of flowers. Top it off with stalks and grasses. OH, to die for!
There is one last thing I want to share with you about taking your floral collage to the next level.
I want you to make it personal.
Make it giftable.
Ensure that others will want to even commission you to create something for them.
Let’s talk about it.
